Terms Condition For Videoder Downloader & Editor

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Videoder Downloader & Editor mobile application developed by Judy Carolyn. By installing, accessing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app immediately.

1. Grant of License & Scope of Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and use Videoder Downloader & Editor on compatible iOS devices solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and utility purposes.

  • User Responsibility: You are solely and fully responsible for ensuring that any content you browse, search, or download using this app does not violate third-party copyrights, intellectual property rights, or the Terms of Service of third-party video platforms.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the app to download copyrighted movies, music videos, commercial broadcast materials, or unauthorized private videos. Any unauthorized commercial exploitation or re-uploading of downloaded material is strictly prohibited.

3. Absolute Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Judy Carolyn shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, corrupted video files, or loss of access to files locked inside the Private Vault.
  • Hardware malfunction, battery drain, or unexpected device heating during intense video compression, editing, or rendering tasks.
  • Any third-party legal claims resulting from your misuse of downloaded or modified media content.

4. Modification and Discontinuation of Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, patch, suspend, or terminate the application or any specific feature (such as certain filters, LUTs, or converters) at any time without prior notice or liability to you.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the local laws governing the Developer, without regard to conflict of law principles.
