EULA For Videoder Downloader & Editor

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal contract between you (the "End User") and Judy Carolyn ("Licensor"). This agreement strictly governs your use of the iOS application Videoder Downloader & Editor ("Application").

1. Parties to the Agreement

You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded solely between you and the Licensor (Judy Carolyn), and not with Apple Inc. The Licensor, and not Apple Inc., is solely responsible for the Application and the content thereof.

2. Restriction on Alterations

You agree not to copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Application, its features, or layout designs. Any attempt to do so is a strict violation of the rights of the Licensor.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Since the application includes features where users can generate, manipulate, and handle digital content (such as converting videos to GIFs, compressing files, creating thumbnails, or fetching public videos):

  • You acknowledge that the Licensor cannot preview or monitor what content you import into the video editor tool.
  • You agree not to use the Application to download, edit, view, or store objectionable material, including but not limited to violent, abusive, defamatory, illegal, adult, or hate speech content.
  • The Licensor reserves the complete right to terminate your license and app access if you are found using the application for malicious purposes.

4. No Warranties

The Application is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with all faults, bugs, and defects, without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the functionality, reliability, and accuracy of the file saving, video player, or compression algorithms.

5. Product Claims and Support

The Licensor, and not Apple Inc., is responsible for addressing any claims by the End User or any third party relating to the Application or the user’s possession and/or use of that Application. If you require technical assistance or bug reports, you must directly contact the developer team at judycarolyn182@gmail.com.

6. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple Inc., and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
